This illustration set was created for a recycling and energy center exhibit in Minnesota. Most tour groups to the center consist of elementary school aged children, so personified animal characters were created to guide viewers through a fun, kid-friendly experience.

A black bear, turtle, and woodpecker were created to act as tour guides throughout the exhibit, demonstrating how the facility works and showing residents how they can keep the Minnesota wilderness healthy by recycling. Completed scenes and cutout characters were placed throughout the building at tour stop points.
